The timing feels off

The games measure reaction times in milliseconds, so they need the browser’s full attention. If digits seem to skip or taps don’t register, close other tabs and anything else heavy that is running, and keep the page in the foreground for the whole round. Low-power mode on phones and laptops can also slow the browser down.

Reaction times differ from device to device by a few tens of milliseconds, depending on the screen and the input hardware. Compare your numbers with your own earlier rounds on the same device, not with someone else’s.
